Because 1962
Latin Mass Missals are now more readily available and the following
information is in these Missals, these pages are no longer maintained
or updated.
Note to users of the liturgical Calenders at this website. A
webmaster
review of various published Missals detected discrepencies in the
identification
of the Epistle or Gospal readings for a given day. These discrepencies
could
be: (a) the referenced verse numbers (eventhough the printed text is
correct),
(b) incorrectly identified Book, Chapter, and Verses, or (c) the
addition,
deletion or moving of a Saint's day. Effective January 1999, the
Liturgical
Calendar will list the Epistle and Gospal readings as they are listed
in
the 1962 Altar Missal, which the priest uses during the Mass.
