This is a photo of RJ laying down his bass tracks to Savvy's Made In Texas LP. Listening to the album, it is hard to imagine him sitting down while those songs were recorded, but here is the proof!

RJ, the master prankster of the group, is also my cousin. He and I joined forces in February of 1975, which resulted in the Desperados. In November of 1978, after being scouted by Savvy, he agreed to join them if I could come to. What a guy. I didn't even learn about the package deal until after Savvy disbanded several years later.

RJ (Richard Jones) now lives in Longview, Texas where he records and performs regularly with his band U.S. Lords.
