Youth Choir and Youth Hand Bells
Plymouth Park UMC has a very involved youth choir and hand bell program. Our youth choir, which is 60 strong, sings every Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. worship. Their dedication and worship leadership has been an ispiration and blessing to the congregation which worships at 8:30.
In addition to worship leadership, our youth take a choir tour every year. The Sr Highs have performed Godspell, Credo, A season to Celebrate, Star and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. The tour takes place during Spring Break and the performance this year is Cotton Patch Gospel. Our Jr Highs have performed Oh Jonah, Joseph, What a Life, New Connection and Celebrate the Vision. The tour takes place the end of June.
Choir and Hand Bells Schedule
The youth choirs are large and active and together they form the regular
choir for the church's 8:30 a.m. worship service. In addition, they each
present an annual stage musical production and take it on the choir tour.
Sunday afternoon:
4:00 p.m. Jr High Choir
5:00 p.m. Sr High Choir
Wednesday:
7:15 p.m. Jr High and Sr High Hand Bells
