exhorted others to martyrdom and was himself also found worthy to suffer.
- In Lucania, the holy martyrs Hyacinth, Quinctus, Felician and Lucius.
- At Bergamo, St. Eusebia, Virgin and Martyr.
- At Jerusalem, the birthday of blessed Narcissus, Bishop, a man praiseworthy for holiness,
patience and faith, who passed to the Lord when 116 years old.
- At Autun, St. John, Bishop and Confessor.
- At Cassiope in the island of Corfu, St. Donatus, Bishop, of whom blessed Pope Gregory
writes.
- At Vienne in France, the death of blessed Theodore, Abbot.
